Counter-Strike 2 is a tactical First-Person Shooter that places an emphasis on positioning, precision and timing through the use of an old-fashioned yet highly effective movement-tied aiming system.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is... or was the only CS game with achievements on Steam. Unfortunately, that version of the game has been deleted for the time being. Well, it is still possible to load into that version of the game through other means, when it comes to Achievements, CS 2 is the current option, sadly, however, CS 2 only has 1 achievement, that being,

Counter-Strike as a whole has a rich and endowed history. Well, the story may not have been the main focus of production, the legacy of CS has and will always be iconic.

Things to Know

Counter-Strike 2 has only one achievement after moving from CS:GO to CS 2.

General 100% Guide General 100% Guide Click to expand full guide ▶ ▶ ▶ ▶ Step Summary 1 Install Steam + Counter-Strike 2 Set up a Steam account and launch the game. Download and install Steam, create an account if needed, then install Counter-Strike 2 from your library. 2 Run Counter-Strike 2 Launch the Game. This may take a minute since it's a fresh install/account. 3 Open the Steam Overlay using Shift+Tab. Check the Achievements tab is working. If the option is greyed out, just try relaunching the game. 4 Launch the in-game tutorial. It should pop up or just click play at the top. Currently, that loads you into a round on the T Side of Dust 2. 5 Complete the round. Achievement should pop on round completion. If it doesn't pop, check that the Steam overlay shows Achievements are active, then restart your game and try again. Just play your first match and get any kill. — File:Headshot.png Sharpshooter Medium Get 10 headshots. Use rifles and aim for the head. — File:Bomb.png Bomb Specialist Medium Plant or defuse 25 bombs. Play objective modes and focus on bomb sites. — File:NoDeath.png Untouchable Hard Win a match without dying. Play cautiously, stick with teammates, and avoid risky fights. Competitive File:Veteran.png Veteran Hard Play 100 matches. Unlocks naturally over time—just keep playing. Any Speed Run Breakdowns There is currently no active speedrun.com for 100%/All Achievements.
